Jay's experience as a business owner and licensed builder has proven to be invaluable to his clients. His
expertise on the market area and the actual structure of homes allows him to advice his clients
appropriately. Jay has a vast network of business professionals in the service industry that he provides to
his clients - some include home inspectors, licensed contractors, plumbers, electricians, architects and
attorneys. Jay has lived in the Boston area his entire life and is an expert on the communities, school
systems and housing market. Jay has won yearly awards from Re/Max for multi-million dollar producer.
He belongs to the Re/Max Executive Club and 100% Club.

Community Involvement:
Jay ran the Boston Marathon in support of the Dana Farber Cancer Research Center in 2010.
Jay is a volunteer for the Boston Co-Chapter of Room to Read www.roomtoread.org A non-profit building libraries and schools to promote literacy in developing countries.
Jay and his wife Kim started an annual 5k in 2003 for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. A Charity that
gives the children of fallen special ops soldiers college scholarships. www.specialops.org
Jay and Kim hosted a charity benefit for the Wounded Warrior Project in 2007, a non-profit organization that
