READ GWEN LORIMER’S STORY

From birth, Gwen’s body had been unable to digest food. Dependent on an IV for all her nutritional needs (she couldn’t even swallow water without excruciating pain) and confined to a wheelchair, Gwen got sicker and sicker until a multi-organ transplant offered her a chance at the childhood she always dreamed of. Now Gwen is a healthy 8-year-old who has happily given up her IVs for ICE CREAM!
